So the fish is moving 7 miles but falls back 5 miles each full day.
7-5= 2
25/2= 12.5
It would take the fish 12.5 days to move 25 miles.

The fish gains 2 miles per day.
After 9 days, it has gained 18 miles.
On day 10, it swims 7 miles and has made it to the 25-mile mark.
