Are they to be in those particular orders? I don't see how any strength exercises can be part of a cool-down. The others, yes, but not strength exercises.

Yes, they have to be in those particular orders. Even I thought that the strength exercises were odd; what we learned about cool down is that the intensity should be reduced and that we should stretch as well. So do you agree with D?

Yes, I'd go with D.
I have DVDs that take me through an entire workout session, and they do stretching and walking in place for both warm up and cool down. All the strength exercises are in the middle!
