If you divide one power with the same base by another power of the same base,
keep the base and subtract the exponents, so ....
3^(-5) / 3^(-2)
= 3^(-5+2)
= 3^-3
= 1/3^3
= 1/27

keep the base and subtract the exponents, so ....
3^(-5) / 3^(-2)
= 3^(-5+2)
= 3^-3
= 1/3^3
= 1/27
