If I divided 1.23x10^-10 and 1.4x10^-8, would my answer be0.88x10^-18?

the .88 is okay, but the exponent is not
actually, there is supposed to be one digit to the left of the decimal point
8.8x10^-3
the exponents are subtracted when dividing
(1.23/1.4)x10^(-10 - -8) = .88x10^-2
