Rounded to the nearest ten I am 780. I am even. The sum of my digits is 17. How do you get the answer?

775, 776, 777, 778, 779, 780, 781, 782, 783, 784

I'm not sure. I need help figuring it out. I know the answer is 782, but I don't know how it is solved.

I got it!!! 7+2+8=17. Which gives me the even number 782 and when round to the nearest tenth gives me 780!! Oh good ness, thank you! :)
