The 3rd side is
7/(x+1) - 3/x
= (7x-3(x+1))/(x^2+x)
= (4x-3)/(x^2+x)
7/(x+1) - 3/x
= (7x-3(x+1))/(x^2+x)
= (4x-3)/(x^2+x)
