No. Area = 150 m x 100.0 m = ?
When multiplying(or dividing) the number of s.f. in the answer is the same as the SMALLEST number of the group. 150 has 3, 100.09 has 4; therefore, the answer may have 3.

Yes the answer is two, because you round it to the least number of sig figs and 150 has 2, and 100.0 has 4. So we would round the complete answer to 2 Sig Figs.

Well, I counted 150 as 3 but it has 3 ONLY if written as 150. or 1.50E3. Sorry about that; you're right. 2 is the right answer and I'm wrong. :-(
