A minus times a minus = positive, so negative value squared would be positive.

2* 3/-4* 3/-4 = 2 * 9/16 = 9/8

14 * -1/3 * -1/3 = 14 *1/9 = 14/9

(9/8-4/3)/(14/9)

Find common denominator to evaluate further.
