that would be 4^√81 = 4^9

Ah. I see where I misread your question. You apparently meant "4^√" to mean 4th root (∜).
In that case, the answer is indeed 3.

Also suppose If lim x→6 had been lim x→5 would that had been changed the answer. Or it would be same.
