If a country sells a currency dollar would the exchange rate price be the

currency/dollar and dollar/currency are really the same thing, just recipricals of each other. To graph the demand for dollars, put number of dollars (Q) in the x-axis, put the price (P) of those dollars in terms of the other currency on the y-axis.
