My son's homework asks us to find the product by factoring the tens. The problem is 6 x 2, 6 x 20 and 6 x 200. I see how to do 6 x 2 (memory factor) and the 6 x 20 would be (6 x 2) and (1 x 10) then 12 x 10 = 120 but how does he show his work for 6 x 200 factoring by tens? Help
