Every day ms. Smith walks around the park near her house. The park is in the shape of a rectangle 3 mi long and 1 7/10 mi wide. How far does she walk? I got 4 7/10 mi. Is that correct?

1.7 = 1 7/10

1 7/10 + 1 7/10 = 2 14/10 = 3 4/10 = 3 2/5

6 + 3 2/5 = 9 2/5
