The manager of a shopping mall was asked to rope off a rectangular section of the parking lot for an automobile show. The area roped off was 250 ft by 300 ft. Post were to be placed every 25 ft around the lot. How many posts were needed?
The one question I can't get past for my homework; ugh. Any help would be appreciated. Please and thank you!

Use the perimeter of the rectangular section.

Two fences 250' long (10*25'), two fences 300' long (12*25'), sharing posts on at the four corners.
Or one fence 1100' long (44*25'), looped around to finish at the starting post.
