Learning about Organizational Behavior it has given me a better understanding of how to effectively manage my relationships with my co-workers, managers, clients and customers. In addition, I can be knowledgeable, well-informed, professional, to make decisions that reflect best information regarding effective practice. Organizational Behavior it has given me a better understanding of how an organization functions and how supervisors, and managers’ deal with different personalities in countless situations. I currently know and realize what it takes to organize my business.
