Cindy cellular phone service has a monthly charge of $32.99 but adds a service charge of $0.79 per minute for calls made out of her local service area. Cindy has budget herself $45 per month for using her cell phone. What is the maximum number of minutes per month that Cindy can make on her cell phone while out of her service area bad still stay in her budget.
