I have an essay about difficulties in life which is based on a book I read with my class. I am having trouble finding difficulties or adversities I have had in my life. Can you please give me some examples of difficulties that you, or anybody else could have had in life. Thank you.

Mistakes I've made includes pulling a chair from a friend about to sit down. Since she was in a cast, my unthinking act could have been disastrous.
