Find the derivative of y=[6(x^3/2)]/x

thankyouu!

i got 9sqrtx but i don't think that's right!

1 answer

I would simplify first

y = 6 x^(3/2) / x
= 6x^(1/2)
dy/dx = 3x^(-1/2)
or
3/sqrt(x)
