The inside of the tube has two walls.
(3/16) * 2 = 6/16
2 = 1 16/16
1 16/16 - 6/16 = 1 10/16 = 1 5/8
(3/16) * 2 = 6/16
2 = 1 16/16
1 16/16 - 6/16 = 1 10/16 = 1 5/8
