First 1/5 mile=$0.90
cost of m miles=$0.90+[(m-1/5)x$0.60]
=$0.90+[0.60m-0.12]
=$(0.78+0.6m)
cost of m miles=$0.90+[(m-1/5)x$0.60]
=$0.90+[0.60m-0.12]
=$(0.78+0.6m)
