slope of given line is -3/2
so slope of new line is 2/3
and its equation must be
2x - 3y = c
but (-6, -2) lies on it
-12 + 6 = c
c = -6
new equation:
2x - 3y = -6
so slope of new line is 2/3
and its equation must be
2x - 3y = c
but (-6, -2) lies on it
-12 + 6 = c
c = -6
new equation:
2x - 3y = -6
