I dislike showing my ignorance in such matters but I believe all of them are correct. Actually, in so many cases, parents really ARE peripheral to the process because they choose that path.

However, when there's a true partnership between parents and teachers, then I believe that three of these are likely correct. Parents shouldn't be peripheral in a partnership.
