If you mean
c^-3 d^-2 / c^3 d^2
-------------------------
c^-4 d^-5 / c^4 d^5
Then that is equal to
c^-6 d^-4
---------------
c^-8 d^-10
= (c^-6 d^-4) * (c^8 d^10)
= c^2 d^6
If that's not what you had in mind, try retyping your problem using exponents and division as shown above.
c^-3 d^-2 / c^3 d^2
-------------------------
c^-4 d^-5 / c^4 d^5
Then that is equal to
c^-6 d^-4
---------------
c^-8 d^-10
= (c^-6 d^-4) * (c^8 d^10)
= c^2 d^6
