{-3x+2y=-19 ...........(2)
Solve by elimination.
Multiply (1) by 3 and add to (2) in order to eliminate x:
3x+3y=9 ..........3(1)
-3x+2y=-19 .......(2)
Add together
0x+5y=-19+9=-10
Solve for y:
y=-10/5 = -2
{-3x+2y=-19 ...........(2)
Solve by elimination.

Add together
