a.)write the equation of the line that has a slope of -2 and a y-int of -6.

I don't understand if I use y=mx+b or not.how would I plug this in If im trying to get an answer?

y = mx + b

m = -2, b = -6

y = -2x +(-6)
y= -2x-6
