Ok, equilibrium is the notion of non-change in population gene pools right? But how does gene flow upset this equilibrium?

I worked on it and I came up with this:
Gene flow upsets the notion of non-change in population gene pools because transfer of genes from one population to another of the same species start to change but the equilibrium supports non-change.
