It's me again, I didn't have the sign after the 6. It was suppose to look like this.

2x+6>7x-6

I just need a demonstration on how to do it, I am rusty!

just graph the two lines. The solution set is where the first line lies above the second line.

Algebraically,

2x+6 > 7x-6
12 > 5x
2.4 > x
or,
x < 2.4
