the square of my tenths equals my hundredths place
so, tenths must be 0,1,2,3
hundredths must then be 0,1,4,9
thousandths & 10 thousandths must then be -1 (nope),0,3,8
So, we have possibilities:
1100
2433
3922
Sum of digits must be divisible by 4, so that leaves us with
2433 or 3922
Both of them satisfy the conditions.
