What critical value for z would be used to test the hypotheses: H0:μ≤10 and Ha:μ>10, for α = 0.05 ?

This is a one-tailed test (Ha is showing one direction). Therefore, at 0.05 for a one-tailed test using a z-table, the critical value would be 1.645.
