evaluate the squared root of 13.2/0.33,do i work out the division first then find the square root??

In general, it doesn't matter:

sqrt[a/b] = sqrt[a]/sqrt[b]

In this case 13.2/0.33 = 40, so it is more convenient to do the division first.
