x-t graph is a displacement vs time graph..right? so you would have a vertical axis as you displacement (distance) and a horizontal axis as the time (in seconds).
uniform acceleration means an object moves with a change in velocity that is equal in amount. velocity is a change in x in a given time i.e. dx/dt so uniform acceleration on the displacement time graph appears exponential.
