(Are both grammatical?)

5. Q3: What cart sells drinks, hotdogs and pretzels? Does a hotdog cart sell all the items?

1 and 2 -- Both are grammatically correct, but #1 is more commonly used.

3 is correct; 4 is not

5 -- yes, a hotdog cart is correct.
