Sixty men working on a construction job have done 1/3 of the work in 18 days. The project is behind schedule and must be accomplished in the next twelve days. How many more workers need to be hired?

Each person accomplishes 1/3÷(60*18) of the project, 1/3240 per person per day.
To finish 2/3 of the project in 12 days,
Total number of workers need
=2/3 ÷ (12*(1/54)
=(2/3)*(3240/12)
=180
Therefore 120 more workers are needed.
