Multiply both sides by the LCM of the denominators:
3(x+3)
to get
1-2*3=2*3(x+3)
x+3=(-5)/6
x=-5/6-3
=-23/6
3(x+3)
to get
1-2*3=2*3(x+3)
x+3=(-5)/6
x=-5/6-3
=-23/6
