1. Correct. False. Convex mirrors do not form real images of real objects.
1/20 + 1/di = -1/10
1/di = -3/20 di = --6.7 (behind the mirror, demagnified.
2. You left out the position of the object. If the object is outside 10 cm, the image is real and inverted. If the object is inside 10 cm, the image is virtual, behind the mirror, upright and magnified. So it's false no matter where the object is.
