How do i find a fraction between each pair of fractions ex. 1/8 and 1/4

You can take the average, namely
[(1+2)/8]2 = 3/16

If you want just ANY fraction between, you can add the numberators and denominators:
(1+1)/(8+4)=2/12 = 1/6
