The acidity of the rain is approximately 3000 times more. You can figures exactly by the following:
pH = - log(H^+)
2.0 = -log(H^+)
(H^+) = 1 x 10^-2 = 0.01

pH = 5.5. (H^+) = 3.16 x 10^-6

0.01/3.16E-6 = 3,164 times greater.
