                IF the speed of train A is 10 mph slower than train B. Train A travels 220 miles in the same time it takes train B to travel 270. What is the speed of both trains.

    speed of train A --- x
speed of train B ---- x+10
time for A's trip = 220/x
time for B's trip = 270/(x+10)
220/x = 270/(x+10)
270x = 220x + 2200
50x = 2200
x = 44
