Hi dear, KE = 1/2 mv^2. Hope you'll be able to do it now.

5 J = 1/2 *m*1, solving this, mass of the body is 10kg. Now, KE = 1/2 mv^2 implies 1/2 * 10 * 3^2 = 45 J
