Mopping the floor in a dry weather makes the floor dry quickly although detlaG0 for the water vaporization at room temperature is positive. Explain.

dG talks about equilibrium; it has nothing to do with the rate of the reaction. The rate at which the water evaporates is determined by T and the amount of moisture in the air.
