g(x) = 4x^4 + 4x^3 - 11x^2 -12x -3
=x²(4x²+4x+1)-3(4x²+4x+1)
=(x²-3)(4x²+4x+1)
=(x+√3)(x-√3)(2x+1)²

=>
g(x)=0 has roots ±√3,-1/2 (twice)
