I NEED A HYPOTHESIS A LANDOWNER COULD TEST TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE TO HELP DECIDE WHAT ACTIONS COULD BE TAKEN TO REDUCE EROSION ON A STEEP HILLSIDE?
