Fe2O3(s) + 3H2(g) = 2Fe+3(s) + 3H2O (lig) -6e
Fe(III) = +3
Oxygen = -2
Fe(III) Oxide then would need 2 Fe(III) to give +6 and 3 Oxygen to give -6 in valence charges to give a neutral molecule.
