Scientific thinking requires that we gather the facts, confirm them, and then draw our conclusions.
We should do this with almost every decision we make. Do we eat a candy bar or an apple for a snack? Which has been proven to be healthiest? If we don't do well on tests when we haven't studied, what conclusions do we draw? Recycling has been proven to be helpful to our environment. Do you recycle?
I'm sure you can think of other examples in your own life.
