Multiply both sides of the 1st Eq by -3, and multiply the 2nd Eq by 2. Then add the Eqs.
-6s + 9t = 3
+6s - 8t = 0
t = 3.
-6s + 9t = 3
+6s - 8t = 0
t = 3.
