Suppose you were to actually put a number in for m
e.g.
A copy machine makes 120 copies in 4 minutes, what is the unit rate of copies per minute
Wouldn't it be 30 copies per minute ?
What did we do ?
We divided 120 by 4.
so if it makes c copies in m minutes, then the
unit rate would be c/m copies per minute.
