i did the other one but can someone help me with this one:

Four = fifths of the sum of a number and three is equal to six and a half. What is the number?

also ms. sue deleting my question was not very nice because it took me forever to type it and if you didn't know it then someone else couldve helped me...

Is that
(4/5)x + 3 = 6.5
or
(4/5)(x+3) = 6.5 ?
