What does "put it to repeat" mean?

http://www.google.com/search?q=48.03+%2F+7+%3D&aq=f&oq=48.03+%2F+7+%3D&aqs=chrome.0.57j0j62.1553&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Its dividing and giving the answer as the repeating decimal form.
Its just confusing
I put your problem into wolframalpha.com and got a better result:

Do you see the repetition?
O gosh I should've known!
Thanks
You're welcome.

PS -- www.wolframalpha.com is a fantastic website for math students!
Dividing any number by 7 gives the repeating decimal of
142857 which rotates about itself
very unusual .....

e.g.
1/7 = .14285714285714..
2/7 = .285714285714..
3/7 = .428571 ...
4/7 = .571482 ..
...
6/7 = ..857142..

4803/7 = 686.142857.. just look at the decimal
and
48.03/7 = 6.86142857...
don't we just have to move the decimal place two spots ???
