multiply each term by 7 to get of fractions

-5x - 14 ≥ -7
-5x ≥ 7
x ≤ -7/5
Answered by Eric
I tried that and I came up with x< -1.4, is that correct?
Answered by Reiny

I am sorry, but I find it extremely odd that you call these questions "College Algebra" and you don't know what
7 ÷ 5 is .

What "college" are you attending ?
