Since it is parallel it would only differ in the constant
let the equation be
3x-7y = c
but (2,1) lies on it, so
3(2) - 7(1) = c = -1
3x - 7y = -1
let the equation be
3x-7y = c
but (2,1) lies on it, so
3(2) - 7(1) = c = -1
3x - 7y = -1
