If someone is renting a truck that has a 40 gallon tank and it gets 10 miles per gallon and they are traveling 252 miles, what will they pay for gas for the trip?

252/10 = 25.2 gallons * price? = ?

The size of the tank is irrelevant, but the cost per gallon is not.
